These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Kegelmaxing mobile app and the website kegelmaxing.com (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Who can use the Service
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
2. Licence
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the app for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the app or its content.
3. Not medical advice
Kegelmaxing is a fitness and educational product, not a medical device, and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. See our Health Disclaimer. You use the exercises at your own risk and should consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise program.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it through unauthorized means, or use it in violation of any applicable law.
5. Ads
The app is free and supported by third-party advertising (Google AdMob). Your use of ads and related data is described in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or linked websites.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its name, logo, design, text, graphics and software, is owned by Kegelmaxing and protected by intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any particular result.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kegelmaxing and its developers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the developer's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, and subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.
